Public comments are sought on the new draft rulebooks prepared by the Republic of Serbia Securities Commission – the Draft Rulebook on Capital Adequacy of Broker-Dealer Companies and the Draft Rulebook on Capital of Broker-Dealer Companies. All the interested persons are hereby invited to download and read the drafts of the rulebooks and thus participate in preparation of the new legislation.

The new 28th examination for brokers will be held on 27 September 2016 on the premises of the Republic of Serbia Securities Commission. The exact times of the examination will be communicated subsequently. Eligible candidates are invited to apply by 20 September 2016. 

The Securities Commission adopted a new Rulebook on Supervision it performs, at its 345 session dated 10 June 2016. The Rulebook was published in the Official Gazette on 11 August 2016, and it came in force on 19 August 2016. The Rulebook governs conditions and methods used in supervision of capital market participants by the Securities Commission, in addition to the criteria for setting and imposing sanctions.
