Public comments are sought on the new draft rulebooks prepared by the Republic of Serbia Securities Commission – the Draft Rulebook on Capital Adequacy of Broker-Dealer Companies and the Draft Rulebook on Capital of Broker-Dealer Companies.
All the interested persons are hereby invited to download and read the drafts of the rulebooks at the following link: Draft Rulebooks. (Please note that the Rulebooks are only available in Serbian.)
