The Securities Commission adopted a decision at its 324 session held on 11 March 2016, revoking a license for carrying out activities of an investment firm from the broker-dealer company Athena Capital a.d. Beograd for established irregularities. At the same session a decision was adopted considering the ending of activities of an authorised bank Sberbank Srbija a.d. Beograd. The investment firms were struck off the register of licenses issued to investment firms. 

Today, the Republic of Serbia Securities Commission had the pleasure of receiving as guests students from Sabac. The students were second-graders of the Economic High-School and they were interested in learning more about the capital market and the basic concepts of its functioning. Milko Stimac, Commissioner of the Securities Commission received the students and held the lecture.

The Rulebook on amendments to the Rulebook on the format, minimum information contained in prospectuses and base prospectuses and advertisements and Rulebook amending  Rulebook on the application for approval to publish a prospectus and the documents attached were published in the Official Gazette of RS, No 14/2016, on 22 February. The new versions of the rulebooks follow the amendments to the Law on the Capital Market from January 2016.
