The Securities Commission revoked a license from the broker-dealer company Sinteza Invest Group a.d. Beograd as a consequence of irregularities and illegalities observed in the company’s activities. The company is removed from the register of issued broker-dealer company licenses. The accounts of financial instruments, issue accounts and cash accounts of clients who did not select and indicate an investment firm, were transferred to the accounts of Ilirika Investments, free of charge.

The International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) today launched its third annual World Investor Week. The World Investor Week will last from 30 September until 6 October 2019. More than a thousand of financial organizations worldwide will present their initiatives and activities promoting education and investor protection. It will underline the importance of education and protection of retail investors, the importance of making informed decisions and understanding risk when investing, especially when cryptoassets are concerned. There will be a "Ring the Bell for Financial Literacy" ceremony coordinated by the World Federation of Exchanges.
