At the 114th session of the IX term of office, held on 24 December 2019, the Securities Commission adopted decisions revoking licenses for carrying out activities of an investment firm issued by the Commission, from the broker-dealer companies Belgrade Independent Broker a.d. Beograd and SBD broker a.d. Subotica. The decisions were adopted following applications filed by the companies in question for withdrawal of their license and termination of activities of investment firms. The companies have been removed from the register of issued broker-dealer company licenses.

Investment fund management company "FIMA INVEST a.d. Beograd – u likvidaciji", headquartered in Belgrade, with the address Bulevar Mihajla Pupina 10a was revoked its investment fund management company license issued by the Commission's Decision No 5/0-33-679/4-07 dated 21 March 2007.
Foreign Investors Council Presented its White Book for 2019
The Foreign Investors Council presented its White Book, the issue for 2019 to the government representatives, stakeholders and the business community. White Book notes that when it comes to the capital market trends, certain progress has been achieved. They especially commended the Securities Commission for inviting a discussion on the regulation of cryptoassets in Serbia in March 2019. FIC points out to the remaining legislative issues in the area and gives recommendations what should be improved.
