The Securities Commission of the Republic of Serbia, represented by the Chairman of the Commission Marko Janković and the Secretary of the Commission Goran Kuprešanin, participated in the “Fundamental 2025” conference held on March 25, 2025, at the National Theatre of the Republic of Srpska in Banja Luka.

The Securities Commission participated in a workshop dedicated to the presentation of the National Risk Assessment for Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing, adopted in 2024.

The workshop was held in Kraljevo and Vrnjačka Banja, in cooperation with the Republic Public Prosecutor's Office, the National Bank of Serbia, and other competent authorities.

Pursuant to the Capital Market Law, the Securities Commission has approved the publication of a single prospectus by the issuer ELIXIR GROUP DOO ŠABAC for the purpose of a public offering of 341,700 long-term RSD-denominated green bonds of the first issue, each with a nominal value of RSD 12,000.00, and a total nominal value of RSD 4,100,400,000.00, as well as their admission to trading on the regulated market segment of the Belgrade Stock Exchange a.d. Belgrade.
