The Republic of Serbia Government adopted a document entitled Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Risk Assessment at its session on 31 May 2018.
This document is the result of intensive work and collaboration among relevant state authorities and private sector (financial and DNFBPs). As many as 154 repesentatives of the state and private sector collected information on risk of money laundering and terrorism financing in line with the World Bank Methodology.
The overall money-laundering risk has been assessed as medium. It is a result of the assessment of ML threats combined with the assessment of the national vulnerability in this respect.

The risk assessment was a basis for devising the Action Plan for Implementing Recommendations from the Risk Assessment of Money Laundering and Risk Assessment of Terrorism Financing.
